Barbería Soria has everything a good customer looks for: skilled barbers, a great atmosphere and a good location in Madrid. There was only one problem: nobody could find them. With no website, no online booking and no presence on Google, new customers walked past. Those who wanted to book had to call, and if nobody picked up, the appointment was lost.
