The dealership had its catalog hardcoded in the site's code: every new car was a request to a developer. It needed to edit it on its own, without depending on a developer for each car or motorbike, without paying for a third-party CMS and without losing the SEO Google had already indexed for the old catalog.

1. 01A real-time catalog on Firestore: the listing updates on screen as soon as the admin adds or edits a vehicle, with no redeploy.
2. 02An admin panel separate from the public site, with its own login, full vehicle CRUD, dropzone photo upload and separate fields for cars and motorbikes.
3. 03A visible price or «Ask about stock» toggle, with multi-currency support (USD and ARS) and filters by make, type and status.
4. 04Migration of the hardcoded catalog to Firestore documents keeping the existing IDs, without breaking any URL already indexed.
5. 05Sitemap and static HTML prerender generated on every build with the Firebase Admin SDK, plus schema markup (JSON-LD) for organization, breadcrumbs and reviews.
